STAR of the Quarter Award

Published on  August 28, 2026

Form Ghana recognises nine “star” employees for their outstanding performance and commitment to safety in the second quarter of 2026.

The STAR of the Quarter Award recognises employees at Form Ghana who embody excellence through individual achievement and their positive impact on teammates, operations, and our safety culture. In forestry operations, where every action matters and lives often depend on sound judgement, these awards celebrate the people who make our entire operation stronger.

What STAR represents

  • S - Safety-minded and solution-focused
  • T - Team-oriented and trustworthy
  • A - Attitude that inspires and actions that improve
  • R - Reliable and respectful in all situations

From the Head Office to the Akumadan and Berekum sites, this quarter's awardees exemplify the very best of what the Company stands for: excellence, dedication, and a genuine commitment to keeping our operations and people safe.

"When someone goes beyond what's expected - by mentoring a new worker, upholding excellent safety standards, or suggesting an improvement that makes everyone's job easier - we acknowledge it publicly," explains Mariam Awuni, Form Ghana's Human Resources Manager.
