Job Summary: The Office Coordinator will oversee office logistics, including event organisation, office maintenance, travel arrangements, communication infrastructure, and ensure a clean and organised workspace. Additionally, the Coordinator will supervise the general workforce at headquarters, support staff training and development, manage attendance and leave records, facilitate employee communication, and coordinate internships and volunteer programmes.

ELIGIBILITY
- Minimum degree in business administration, human resource management or a related field.
- Must have a National Service Certificate, National Health Insurance, valid driving license, valid ID/Passport.
- Minimum 5 years experience in office administration or HR-related roles
- Experience in managing logistics, supervising staff, and administrative tasks.
- Understanding of office management, organisting events, HR practices and financial and administration procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Office Administration Duties
- Reports to the Finance and Administrative Manager
- Responsible for organising events/meetings at Head Quarters (HQ)
- Responsible for housekeeping and utilities at HQ and residence.
- Organising and coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for Form Ghana staff and external parties
- Responsible for office equipment and company assets at HQ
- Responsible for certification Protocol 1
- Responsible for internet and communication issues
- Substitute the Accounts Assistant in their absence.
- Perform any other duties not exceeding competencies
- Human Resources Duties
- Reports to the Human Resources and Development Manager
- Manage general workers at HQ, including direct supervision of Security Staff, Stewards, Cooks, and Drivers.
- Support staff training and development initiatives.
- Facilitate employee representative meetings and effectively document their concerns and suggestions in line with the company’s CRM policy.
- Manage student attachments, internships, and volunteering programmes.
- Maintain the attendance register, leave schedule and attendance records of HQ employees.
- Ensure effective communication between employees and management.
- Submit accurate monthly reports to the HR and Development Manager.
- Perform any other duties not exceeding competencies
