Form Ghana Limited, a leading forestry company in Ghana, seeks the expertise of a Bell Logger Operator to join its harvesting team.
Form Ghana was established in 2007 and manages 20,000 hectares of land, of which over 12,000 hectares are reforested with teak and indigenous tree plantations and nature conservation areas.

Job Description: The Bell Logger Operator is required to stack processed logs onto allocated stacks using the bell logger
Job Type: Full Time
Job Location: Berekum, Bono Region
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate the bell logger at the highest level of safety and diligence.
- Perform daily routine maintenance checks on the bell logger at the beginning of each workday.
- Use the machine proficiently while stacking logs at the landing site.
- Complete daily production control and mechanical downtime sheets and submit them to the Harvesting Supervisor.
- Group and present timber products according to product specifications.
- Cleaning of landing/depot and, where possible, staying off the forest roads.
- Avoid working in designated special management zones and drainage systems.
- Assist with the extraction of trees close to the landing sites.
Eligibility:
- Possess a valid driver’s license E
- Ability to lead extraction teams
- A minimum of Junior High School (JHS) certificate
- Physically and mentally fit for the job.
- Good eyesight and depth perception.

- Good decision-making ability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid NHIS card and Ghana Card.
- Must have an SSNIT number
